Jenny Koenig has an academic research background with a degree, PhD and many years research in pharmacology. Since 2003 she has been Chair of Cambridge AWiSE, and established her own educational consultancy, Science Etc, in 2004. Jenny teaches at the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of Lucy Cavendish College. She has been a member of the management committee of the MentorSET scheme since 2004

Bev Hurley has a first degree in the arts, followed by a MSc, and comes from an entrepreneurial background. She set up and run three successful companies prior to joining YTKO as Chief Executive in 1999. YTKO manages a Enterprise Fellowship programme for bioscientists in Yorkshire, described as “simply exceptional” for its work with women scientists, and leads the Enterprising Women programme in the East of England. Bev is a Trustee of the East Mentoring Forum, a Non Executive Director of Prowess, and an Enterprise Fellow at the University of East Anglia.
